I am currently searching for AMAZING people graduating in the class of 2011 to be model for me and represent Walden's Senior17. Our model program is an amazing way for high juniors going into their senior year to earn amazing benefits and rewards on their senior portraits, while helping us show off the latest styles and update our senior images!

On top of that we have a BLAST and you get AMAZING images to show off to all of your friends!

I have been SO crazy busy with everything here at the studio and all of my senioristas, it has been so hard to get the sneak peeks out before my seniors come in! I absolutely cannot believe that school is back in session! This summer flew by for me as I am sure it did for all of you! I know all of my 2010 Senioristas couldn't be more excited though!!! AND I have more and more seniors to share with you guys!!!! Things have been crazy hectic here, in an awesome amazingly great way!!! MIA...

So my blog has been a bit neglected this past month and I do have to apologize, but we have been having so many amazing things going on here that totally took my undivided attention. The biggest to mention is the Facebook Event I have been planning for over a month, which is coming up tomorrow, this Friday. If you need to update your Facebook images before school gets back underway come visit us at the studio tomorrow from 12pm - 7pm and we will take care of you. AND I almost forgot to tell you... for those who have been following probably know I was going to be on TV on Tuesday. Well, I did it, early as it was, I made it! New Website!!!

I am SO excited to finally be unveiling the new and improved Senior17 website!! On it now are separate galleries for the guys and the gals, not to mention a totally separate gallery where we will feature a whole session from an individual senior!! Also, new to the website is "The 411" where you can find out more details about what to bring, wear and how to get prepared for you upcoming Senior17 shoot as well as what everyone's been saying about Senior17!

Another exciting update to Senior17 is the addition of the Extended Studio Shoot! In this shoot you get another hour added to your shoot as well as the option to bring friends, pets, and have an unlimited amount of clothing changes, not to mention a behind the scenes video of your shoot to go along with the video of all of your images! I am telling you it is SO awesome!!!

EXCITING UPDATES!!!!

For those of you who know me and have been following my blog, you probably have read/heard somewhere along the way that my sister and her husband were expecting their first baby... that's right you read it, they WERE expecting... and, drum roll please... they welcomed Aiden Lynn into the world last Tuesday morning. He is happy, healthy, and if you ask me just perfect! I got to see him this weekend, but I definitely didn't get to spend nearly enough time with him!

He is definitely going to get tired of Aunt Laura having the camera in his face! Isn't he just the most perfect little person you have ever seen!!!!






On a totaly different note, I have another someone I'd like to introduce you to... Miss Caitlin was in not too long ago and is one of my 2010 models... If you know Miss Caitlin, be sure to check out her book!!! :)

Aunt to Be!!!

So I've been meaning to mention this for quite a while, but don't really know where the time has gone and how I haven't mentioned it!!!

My sister and her husband are expecting their first child at the end of April!!! So yes, that makes me a first time AUNT!!!! I really can't express to you how excited and thrilled for them I am! And I know they are going to be AMAZING parents!

They came down a few weekends ago to have a maternity shoot and I just wanted to share a few of their images with you all... My sister is just GORGEOUS!!!! They whole glowing thing I have always heard that pregnant ladies have is definitely true for her!!!

There has been so much going on the past few months, it's been WAY too long since I shared images from my Senioristas sessions!!! SO, it is a must... back to the sneak peeks!!! Parvathy was in recently and as you can see is absolutely stunning!!! Not only is she gorgeous but she is incredibly driven!!! Remember this face folks! I know you will see it someday on a much bigger venue and I feel so lucky that I will be able to say "i knew her when..."!
